Warranty Terms and Conditions

  1. Terms and Condition of Repair Warranty
  2. Australia GSM World Repair Centre offers 90 days limited warranty for any repair jobs which has been done at any of our stores. However, We are not responsible for any further physically damaged or liquid damaged. We only do cover warranty for the parts or components which has been replaced as quoted to customers.

  3. Liquid Damaged Repair Warranty
  4. For water or liquid damaged repair, we also offer 90 days limited warranty for the specific component or problem that been quoted for the repair. Any additional damaged dues to liquid ingress will not be covered (i.e:LCD has water mark on screen but customer request to leave like that to reduce the cost,that LCD will not be cover under warranty if it stop working during the repair or after customer pick up the phone).

  5. Sale Return and Exchange Policy
  6. For consumers, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of the products. Australia GSM World do not offer refund if you have simply changed your mind. However, we can offer exchange for similar goods or credit notes. Some products we can not offer exchange or credit notes such as battery or screen protector as they are e ussually used at the time of purchases.

(These warranties do not cover any issues that are the result of physical or liquid damage to the device while in your possession after the date of this invoice.)

For any other repairs or products sold and not listed, please ask the salesperson for warranty information.

  1. Question 1: Why Should I send my Phone to Mobile Repair Centre?
  2. Well, we are professional mobile phone repair centre. we have more than 10 years experience working in the electronic devices and mobile phone industry. your phone will be taked care professionally by our experienced and professional technicians.

  3. Question 2: How will I have to live without my Mobile Phone while its being repaired by Australia GSM World?
  4. We understand that mobile phone plays in major role in communicaion and entertainment to us. Most of the cases, your phones will be repaired on the spot while you have a cup of coffee or tea. In the worse case, your phone unidentified problem which we would need more time for a proper check, we may be able to give you a loan phone if available.

  5. Question 3: What is the procedure for sending my Mobile Phone in for repair?
  6. You can send your phone in repair by person or post. You will be inform after we check your phone and receive the quote. After your confirmation, we will let you know the approximate time for the repair, which is ussuallt 1 or 2 days after.

  7. Question 4: Will I still have my warranty intact?
  8. Any repairs not done by the manufacturer will void your warranty. However, we offer you 90 days limited warranty which does not cover physically damaged or liquid damaged.

  9. Question 5: What quality of parts do you use for repairs?
  10. We only use 100% genuine parts where possible. If original parts are not available we will source the next best thing OEM parts with the same factory quality that produced the original parts..

  11. Question 6: Do I get any warranty?
  12. Yes, We offer 90 days limited quarranty for any parts and repaired jobs which exclude physically damaged or liquid damaged. For example, you got your LCD screen replaced by one of ours stores, if yours new LCD screen is cracked or broken or smashed or liquid/water damaged by any way , your LCD screen is not under warranty cover. Due to these reasons, we can refuse to fix it under warranty, but we can offer a 10% discount for the next repair job . Please make sure that you check everything before you leave the store as we are not responsible for any further damages after that.

  13. Question 7: Will I get charged, if you have quoted for a repair and I decide not to go ahead?
  14. We donnot charge any fee for giving a quote. If you decide not to go ahead with the repair, we will return it back free of charge. However, in some cases such as water damaged, your phone maybe not the same condition as when you sent to our repair centre. This could be explained because the damages made from water on your phone are not stopped until you fix it.

  15. Question 8: How can I pay for my repairs?
  16. We accept all major Australia credit or debit cards. Alternatively you can make payment via online bank transfer / Paypal.

  17. Question 9: If you can’t fix my Mobile Phone can you sell me another used or new one at a good price?
  18. Yes we always have a stock of Mobile Phones available for sale both in used and new condition. We can even recycle your old Mobile Phone and strip it for parts.
